And she's off ...

... to Hillside! Yep, the manuscript for "In His Image" went off to my publisher on Friday, Dec 12th -- the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, to whom I'd dedicated my work. This was such a labor of love.

Creativity ... a gift from God, open to ALL human persons no matter the race, creed, color, age or gender. A gift freely given from God ... a gift bearing heavy responsibility to only create the good, the true and the beautiful.

Our Lady of Guadalupe ...
you came to newly Christianized Mexico in 1531 with a message of love and peace and care for all.
A message of what the good, the true and the beautiful truly are: your Son, Jesus Christ.
Thank you for bearing this gift for us all
... and thank you for helping us, your children, see the good, the true and the beautiful in our own creations. Help us to imitate Our Father in all our little acts of creation.

Our Lady of Guadalupe, Mother of the Americas, pray for us!
